雞湯 電鍋 公民咖啡館跳票惹議 柯文哲：已交辦 雞湯 電鍋





（中央社記者黃麗芸台北25日電）台北市長柯文哲選前公民咖啡館支票無一兌現。他今天表示，提案歸提案，但還是要變成可執行方案，已吩咐北市社會局長許立民將市民提案轉成可執行的政策或操作。

媒體報導，柯文哲為兌現選前公民咖啡館支票而成立公民參與委員會，4月1日將滿週年，但北市研考會現列管51項公民提案，無一案完成；柯選前公民顧問團部分成員們也全反過頭來監督柯。台北市政府發言人林鶴明說，已要求做進一步追蹤。

柯文哲上午出席在台北101大樓舉行的「105年北北基桃聯合災害防救演習（地震避難疏散演練）」活動，他會後接受媒體聯訪時，做上述表示。

他表示，北市府有找公民團體回來開會，但自覺提案歸提案，但還是要變成可執行方案，北市府有時常應付式回答，所以他拜託許立民將市民提案轉成政治上、實務上可執行的政策或操作。1050325
